Hi! Welcome to The Cool CPA! I’m so excited you’re here! To introduce myself, I’m Lea Atienza (pronounced like Princess Leia from Star Wars). I am the CPA, founder, creator, and podcast host of The Cool CPA based in Los Angeles, California. I am also an Accounting Analyst at a tech company where I’m obsessed with how technology and social media empowers entrepreneurs. On my spare time, you can find me exploring a new beach, staying up to date with what’s new in the wellness scene, working out at the gym, or blogging about my life at LimitlessByLea.com.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside and began my career as an external auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm in the Entertainment and Technology industry where I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies.

I originally created The Cool CPA as a creative outlet in 2018 while studying for the CPA Exams. The Cool CPA eventually grew into a community of over 20k+ where I realized the transformational shift of tapping into my passions of accounting and branding (not your typical duo). After passing the CPA Exams in 2020, I share the exact strategies to pass fast in The CPA Exam Masterclass. I love sharing my experiences as a corporate baddie and female entrepreneur!
