Planning your dream wedding can be luxe and affordable. Whether you're hosting a big wedding, a backyard celebration or curating a styled micro-wedding, I’ve rounded up the prettiest budget-friendly wedding finds to help you save money without sacrificing style.

Disposable Plates That Look Luxe

Skip the dishes and clean-up! These Smarty Had a Party Kaya disposable plates look shockingly real and are very sturdy! I tested so many plates by eating hot and cold foods and these Smarty with a Party plates won!

Napkins

You can rent linens—but I found it was actually cheaper to buy certain things like real napkins on CV Linens. If you’re looking for that elevated linen napkin look, I got these linen-look reusable napkins (comes in different colors) for 57 cents USD each! You can even wash and sell them to brides or party planners after to make some extras cash!

Table Linens and Runners

I recommend renting table linens for less stress, space, and sanity on wedding day. Look for rental companies for table linens and runners. Shop around to see which renting company has the best deal! Depending on your budget, I’d rent or buy table runners - either works!

Champagne Tower (Yes, You Can DIY!)

A champagne tower is the ultimate moment. You don’t need to rent as most rental companies charge per glass and pickup/delivery fees — you can actually build one made of acrylic glasses from Amazon. I bought mine and can reuse for parties or resell them! All you do is pay for the champagne from your bar vendor or bring your own champagne!

Wedding Frames & Table Decor

From welcome signs to signature drink menus, here’s how I created a cohesive look:

  • Picture frames: Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, and Dollar Tree have cute frames on a budget! I got my gold 5x7 frames from TJ Maxx $7.99 each) where I will reuse them at home for living room picture frames. You can also use a frame for the food menu (buffet style) and signature drink menu!

  • Smaller Frames from Dollar Tree or Amazon for table numbers and wedding digital gallery QR codes!

  • Guestbook, Gift Box, Table Decor from Amazon, HomeGoods, or Dollar Tree

Frame pro tip: Use 4x6 or 5x7 frames — they’re affordable and double as photo holders at your home for later!

Photography, Videography, and Content Creator

  • Photography: Interview different photographers that are within your budget range. I definitely believe that wedding photos are an essential for wedding memories and symbolize such an important milestone for you and your partner. Look for photographers on social media, ask married friends who their photographer was, and you’re set to find a great photographer!

  • Videography: This is optional and would recommend hiring a videographer if this is within your wedding budget. You can show this video to your family, friends, and future children!

  • Content Creator: A content creator is a vendor who takes videos and photos on the phone. This is different from a photographer and videographer as the photographer and videographer use specific camera and filming equipment whereas the content creator strictly creates content on a mobile phone. With the content creator, you have access to the photos and videos via your mobile phone to share on social media and with family/friends. Discuss this with your partner and evaluate whether hiring a content creator is within your wedding budget.

  • Wedding QR Code Gallery: Your family and friends will be taking photos and videos all day and night so why not have them upload it in a shared digital album for easy access! I will definitely be having these QR codes on every guest table so they can share all the wedding photos and videos from Never Miss Moments
